Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data M Formula collects, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is Marianna Gómez, owner of the M Formula brand. Contact: arkko@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, language, country and currency.
• Training data: your questionnaire answers, the classes you watch, your progress and your plan.
• Optional health data: age, height, weight, injuries, pregnancy or postpartum. We only collect it with your explicit consent, and you can train without giving it.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive the plan, the amount and the last digits of your card, never the full number.
• Technical data: the cookies described in our Cookie policy.

Why we use it

To run your account, build and adjust your training plan, process payments, send service emails (receipts, reminders, password resets) and answer your messages. With your consent we also send news about classes and programs; you can unsubscribe from any of those emails.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that help us run the service, under contracts that oblige them to protect it: our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), Bunny (video delivery) and our email delivery service. We don’t sell your data.

Where it is stored

Our providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, with appropriate protection.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you delete your account we erase your profile, plan and training history within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your profile, withdraw your consent at any time, or write to arkko@gmail.com. If you live in Colombia, you also have the rights described in our Data processing policy. If you live in the United States, you may have additional rights under your state’s law, including laws that protect consumer health data; we honour those requests through the same email.

Minors

The service is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from people under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way we’ll tell you by email or on the platform before the change applies.
