Terms of use

These terms govern your use of M Formula: this website, the training platform and its apps. M Formula is a brand owned and operated by Marianna Gómez. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

M Formula offers online Pilates and strength classes, programs with a set number of weeks and a personal training plan built from your answers to a short questionnaire. Content is available through a subscription or as one-off program purchases.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Your login details are personal: don’t share them, and let us know at arkko@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for the activity on it.

3. Plans, free trial and billing

New members get a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the plan you chose renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) and is charged to your payment method. Prices are shown in your country’s currency when we offer it, and in US dollars elsewhere. After your first payment your currency stays the same. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Any tax that applies is shown before you pay.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Classes, plans and materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your account, download, record, copy, resell or publicly show the content, or try to get around the platform’s security.

6. Health

Training involves physical effort and some risk of injury. Read the Medical disclaimer before you start and check with your doctor if you have any health condition, are pregnant or have recently given birth.

7. Intellectual property

The M Formula name and logo, the classes, videos, texts, images and the design of the platform belong to Marianna Gómez or to whoever licensed them to her. Using the service doesn’t give you any right over them beyond what these terms allow.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may update classes, programs and features, and we may change these terms; if a change is important we’ll let you know by email or on the platform before it applies.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, M Formula is not liable for indirect damages or for injuries resulting from exercising without following the instructions, the Medical disclaimer or your doctor’s advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can’t be waived.

10. Applicable law

For members in Colombia, these terms are governed by Colombian law, including the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) and the data protection rules (Law 1581 of 2012). For members elsewhere, they are governed by the laws of the United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
